Delivery Charge:
We charge BDT 80 for deliveries within Dhaka Metropolitan City.
Outside Dhaka, the delivery charge is BDT 150.

How quickly we can deliver your order depends on where you live. If you’re in Dhaka Metropolitan City, you can expect your order to arrive within 24 to 48 hours. For deliveries outside Dhaka, it might take a bit longer – around 2 to 3 working days.

Return and Exchange Policy:
We recommend trying it on when you receive your order to ensure it fits well. If you’re unhappy with what you bought, we’ve made exchanging it easy. Give the item back to the delivery person within 3 days and pay the effort fee (BDT 80 if you’re in Dhaka, BDT 150 if you’re outside Dhaka).
If you need to exchange something, just let our customer service know through the DRIP Club message option. Tell us why you’re returning the item and what size you’d prefer. We’ll get your replacement to you as quickly as possible. It’s important to us to ensure you’re happy with your purchase.
